I checked in on 12.10 around 6pm. The lady with glasses at the front desk was not very friendly. She needs to work again on her greeting. Otherwise the room was great, breakfast was excellent. The staff in the restaurant are very helpful.

The keycards are very sensitive and do not work if you don't keep them at an arms length from your body to prevent any contact whatsoever with anything electronic(in today's world). Otherwise the rest of the things are great. Breakfast is good. Location is good. Public transport within 2-3 minutes of walking distance.

I absolutely love this hotel, it was a great pick whilst visiting Berlin! The hotel itself is gorgeous and The service here was also great, the staff are well versed in many languages and they were all very helpful.
