Incredible customer service beyond our expectations. Very happy. Javier was incredible and knowledgeable, authentic personality !!!!!! Luis the same and Keven also. They all was on point and make a true customer service. The security guards they all was wonderful as well!!!! The only observation about the hotel was the breakfast can be better..

Hotel is in an AMAZING location in Eixample neighborhood. It is central to everything and right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful - great service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Had some drinks at the rooftop bar and it was a good vibe. The reason for 4 stars is because this hotel advertises itself as a 5 star hotel. This is a 3, at best 4, star hotel based on the rooms. The rooms are bare bones and need a heavy update or remodel to go to a 5 star. The bathroom was outdated and the furniture had many scuffs. There was no art on the walls - it was completely bare. We also had a queen bed and it was creaking a lot even when we turned in our sleep, Although each bathroom had slippers and robe, the toiletries were unbranded. These small things are a standard of a 5 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel to a no frills traveler looking for a comfortable stay and good service. I would not recommend this to someone looking for a luxury 5 star experience.

This was an amazing hotel to visit. Me and my partner stayed at the hotel for our 1 year anniversary & we had planned for flowers. They delivered what was asked and bouquet of flowers were very beautiful & also came with a complimentary cake. Anyone looking to be near all the tourist attractions, this hotel is the spot to be and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the NH Collection in Barcelona was not what we expected. Let me start by saying that the staff here is AWESOME! They are very very kind and helpful. The reason I’m giving it 2/5 stars is because of the hotel/hotel room itself. The room is not in good condition. There are several issues starting with the shower. There is no curtain or sliding door! The water gets everywhere all over the bathroom floor and it is slippery. The fridge, desk, bedside tables are all banged up with scrapes and scuffs. The ceiling in the bathroom is also messed up. The nice thing was our balcony. We had a room with a small terrace/balcony and that was nice! But all in all, it did not feel like a 5 star hotel what so ever.
