I recently had the pleasure of staying at the NH Podium and I'd like to share my experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to many attractions and transportation links. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Nils Gutierrez, who made my stay exceptionally pleasant. The sauna and pool were wonderful facilities that added to the relaxation of my stay. I highly recommend NH Podium and look forward to my next visit!

Location is close enough to the main areas of the shopping district, but far enough that it’s quiet and not busy. Really enjoyed the hotel and the clean rooms. Very spacious and they have plenty of elevators to get you up and down quickly. They also offer a free drink at the bar if you opt out of getting your room cleaned everyday which is a cool incentive for those that don’t like maid service (me).

After staying at this hotel for a week and in two different rooms on the same floor, here are the pros and cons. The good: the hotel staff and service is really good here and everyone is really friendly. From the reception, to the bell boy (David and Pau) and the breakfast employees were all really nice and helpful. The next best thing is the location of this hotel. It is very close to the majority of the landmarks if you don’t mind walking. The bad: the walls are extremely thin like others have mentioned. You can hear people next door talking, coughing and slamming the door every time they enter or leave. The WiFi reception is horrible and nothing works and if you want faster speeds then you need to pay €10 for 24 hours which is just a cheap move. The beds are very firm and not comfortable at all which makes long stays even harder. Finally the ac here does not work very well during the day time when everyone has it on at the same time. It can get really warm in the rooms like others have mentioned. Overall this is good hotel and we had a great experience and would be happy to come back.
