This hotel is so beautiful, especially during the Christmas season! The staff puts in so much care in taking care of the guests and making the hotel feel so festive during Christmas. We especially enjoyed the decorations around the door and the main lobby. Excellent service and extremely kind staff! Can't wait to go back!

We had the opportunity to visit NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa. As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by a very friendly doorman (failed to get his name) who was proud and friendly to explain the rich history of the hotel. We were then welcomed by Nadine, so warm, caring and friendly. She offered us cappucinno and made us comfortable in the beautiful receiving room while we waited. We also met Camilla who always had a big smile and was very friendly. She took good photos as well :). The Hotel is in the perfect spot of Florence with everything to see and visit in close proximity. This NH is a must stay for future visits to Florence.

Super big thanks to Guest Relations Manager to arrange us a fantastic suite and all amenities what we have found in every part of the room! We definitely felt like a king family with this particular attention! Very great job and service! Mariasilvia also recommended us an amazing restaurant for dinner!! Another huge thank to Ersilia! She Is extremely super cute! She described a story of the hotel and surroundings and even arranged us a small excursion in the hotel to see the most beautiful parts! We had one of the most enjoyable weekends!!
