Right between main station and dome. Everything is within walkable distance, if you want to. Nice pool table in the bar area, nice breakfast buffet, although hit water for tea seems to be hard to get. The rooms are functional and nice. We even had a small gym station with weights etc. Can't say I used it but I'm sure it's welcome for some who don't want to use the hotel gym. The bed was very bouncy and my wife complaint that she could feel all my movements. 😉

This hotel is definitely not worth your money. PROS: Breakfast staff is wonderful. The lobby is gorgeous. Location is decent. CONS: The bathroom smells like raw sewage 100% of the time. The rain shower head didn't work and water fluctuates between scalding hot and freezing cold. The toilet doesn't flush properly and you're stuck with used toilet paper always floating around. The room is HOT (even in October) and you can't change the temperature. You can open the window but then you wake up covered in mosquito bites. The room is tiny for 2 people and there is nowhere to put your luggage. On the first day, I got out of the shower and my towel had yellow and brown stains all over it like someone used it after going to the restroom. Breakfast is cold even if you're there at 7am. We stayed for 4 days and our water and coffee was never restocked. Honestly, I could probably keep going with the CONS, but hopefully you get the point. This hotel is overpriced and very underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. I've stayed in many 4 star hotels across Italy and Europe and this one is definitely lacking and bottom of the barrel. Warning: Look elsewhere!

Great stay This is my second stay in this NH hotel. The first stay was short and I liked the room and the location. The hotel average star would be 4.5 out of 5 for rooms and location. I booked suite this time and loved it. Also parking is like 8 minutes walking to park your car in safe parking garage that’s will cost 30 euro per day. There is few spots in front of the hotel but usually they are occupied. if you are looking for good room and location this hotel will be perfect.They also have vip floor , floor 8 suite which is bigger than the suite on floor 2, I will attach video of it.I am giving 5 stars as the receptionist franches and the team were helpful.
