We booked a room for five days and do not regret the decision. Although pricey, the location is convenient for first time travelers. You can take the train from FCO to Termini and the hotel is on your right. The room was spacious. The restroom was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. Just remember the city tax is not included in the original booking and is added until the end of your stay.

WOW!! What an EXCELLENT place to relax & enjoy!!! Federico at the front desk is EXCEPTIONALLY amazing and kind!!! He made us feel like ROYALTY, and like FAMILY!! :) He was so patient with all our countless questions, he gave me lots of treats for my birthday, he let my father use his computer, he gave us a really late checkout, and MUCH, MUCH more!! Our room was also quite spacious!!! The bedroom separated me well from my dad’s noisy sleeping habits, with its sliding door, & then ANOTHER sliding door he had too! The breakfast is amazing, the location is PERFECT, right be the Termini station (and we felt safe!). The area by the bar was such a comfy and large room. I loved the marble stairs, the beautiful floors and columns by the elevators. We had an amazing stay!! 5 star, indeed!

Firstly, location wise not much to be seen however it’s fantastic due to the easy access to Roma Termini (train station). The room was large, clean and airy with large windows for plenty of natural light. The guest service was warm and genuine, I was made to feel welcomed and nothing was a hassle. The staff here made me feel valued and enhanced the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

For my first time as a solo traveler abroad I could not have asked for a better hotel! I felt safe, welcomed, taken care of and over all would give a 11/10 . The location was extremely convenient , the front desk was very helpful and kind checking in and checking out. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman at the front desk that helped me with the taxi when the train was backed up the morning of my flight home. He definitely turned my worries of missing my flight right around with ease. I greatly appreciate how I was treated as a guest at this hotel and will return on future trips.

Love this hotel! Close to the train terminal and several tourist sites. Good security, beautiful building, really nice rooms too. A/C always works which was sooo important this summer. Front desk personnel are very helpful. Don't miss the food market just past the terminal on the non busy street side. Ask the concierge for which way to go to get there because it isn't actually in the terminal. All around, I have a great experience every time I stay there.
