Great hotel. Incredibly nice staff. Superb location that is pretty much at the epicenter of all the Rome attractions. We never had to take a taxi. Incredible restaurants and all the top sites were just a 10-20 min walk away. Security was also great since parliament was right next door. We will stay here every time we come back to Rome.

We loved Hotel Nazionale. Very centrally located and can walk to everything. The rooms were very spacious and clean and service was great. There is a nice little bar area in the lobby that was a great spot to relax and have a snack before dinner after a long day of walking and touring. Felt very safe because it is located right near Parliament so we would always need to show our key when entering the area in the evening. Would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are quite nice (on the small side, but that’s to be expected). I’m a light sleeper and the AC in many hotels can be a bit noisy, but here it was hardly noticeable. Plus the location is very quiet. We forgot something in the room, and Loretta and Patrick we’re really helpful in coordinating with me to ship it back to the US. Definitely would stay there again.

Overall: Our first visit to Rome was made memorable by the superb service provided by the staff! Would not hesitate to stay here again! Rooms: Clean and quiet. Our room overlooked the Parliament building and it's cordoned off plaza. Carabinieri were always on duty. Location: Within 10-15 minute walk to the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and a major street filled with shops. Buffet breakfast: Freshly made croissants! Wide selection to choose from. Coffee was excellent. Wait staff were friendly and courteous. Service: Front desk staff also friendly and courteous. Patrick went above and beyond to provide customer service, especially after discovering our luggage was delayed (arrived at the hotel 36 hours after we landed).
