There was a piece of croissant stuck to my blanket cover. I peeled it off and flipped the sheets so that this part would be by my feet. My face was now close to the opening and there were multiple hairs sticking to the blanket inside (long, short, different colours). I did not ask for new sheets as I was simply too tired. Kitchen could really use an update, looks very nineties. Bathroom okay, good water pressure and hot water very quickly. Super friendly staff. Not enough room for all the guests during breakfast, some had to wait for others to leave, I have never seen that before in a hotel. Breakfast was good, except for the scrambled eggs, and the fact that you had to stand in line for coffee. An extra machine would easily fix that. The hotel is on a busy road but luckily very well isolated. Again, the staff was great, but the hotel owner should invest in an update of the rooms and new blankets (or better cleaning processes). Mixed feelings.

Had a wonderful stay at this NH hotel in Düsseldorf city! The best thing about our stay was definitely the impeccable, quick service! Lovely, friendly staff. When we asked to change room because the queenmatras was a bit too wobbly for us, they made no problem to give us a room with two separate beds. Slept amazing after that! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast buffet is large and delicious! The juices weren't my thing, but the coffee tasted great. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. You don't hear any noise from other guests so you have a quiet stay. The hotel is very close to the metro, which gets you everywhere in no time! Parking at the hotel was rather expensive. Paid 63 euros from Thursday 13pm till Sunday 13pm. The hotel-shop was also quite expensive in my opinion, with €4 for a bottle of coke. But those are minor remarks on the wonderful stay we had. Definitely will return here!

This hotel is located near the main city. Everything is easy to go or reach somewhere. The room was okay, nothing special for 4 star hotel. Exterior and interior are beautiful. The room doesn’t have a boiler, isn’t it 4 stars hotel? Even 3 stars hotel always provides the boiler.
