Fabulous hotel!! The minute we sat in a taxi at the airport and told a driver that we are staying at Hotel Favor, he told us it was a very good choice!! The location is just perfect, very central, christmas market was just on the doorstep!! Hotel feels very luxury. Every single staff member were just fantastic!! Very friendly and attentive, all of staff speak english really well!! Breakfast was excellent, staff so lovely, a waitress overheard my child asking me for ketchup and it was on our table within few seconds, I had no chance even to ask for it!!! That’s a top class customer service!! 10/10!! Highly recommend and will be definitely staying here again!

Good first impression about the reservation service and the reception in general. They already provided me by mail and phone important information about parking and restaurants even before my arrival. The location is great if you want to stay in the middle of the shopping district. The entrance is very simple, same as the room. The room looks new, reasonable size, but very basic with little amenities. The breakfast is ok. Overall is an ok 4 stars hotel, a little overpriced because of the location.

It was really difficult to find the hotel when travelling by hire car from dusseldorf airport. In fact Google map gives the impression you can drive to it which is wrong. It is actually not accessible by car so you need to park in a public carpark and walk your luggage there if you have hired a car. Frank is a great hotel reception person. The Phillipino lady running breakfast is an absolute machine. She speaks good English and her memory of the little things you have (coffee style, ice for water) etc is 💯. I would stay again next time but I would taxi there and just ride the hire scooters to get around.
