The rooms are clean, very well presented, good temperatures and quiet. The breakfast was also good with plenty of options and a good quality The hotel is very well positioned for access to the u-bahn which made getting around hamburg super simple. The staff were all excellent but I would like to specifically highlight one staff member, Mr Dag, who handled our checkin and was especially helpful and really made our stay very pleasant and much more personal

I always choose NH everywhere with a lot of pleasure, next week I am again here. Is a very clean hotel, very central, very very quiet and amazing employee who always are there for you like Mr. Dag, Luna & Sebastian. The bar is equipped with everything you need for a entertaining night

Great Location, helpful staff, comfortable beds and private parking lot. Small points for improvement are the Gigi g harder pillows, provide cappuccino with oat milk and maybe have a mofe creative breakfast offer for the Buffett. Apart from that great. 10/10 will stay here again

This is probably one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. We could not use the air-conditioning because then the water pump would start making loud pumping sounds every 10 minutes, which made it impossible to sleep! Halfway through my shower, the shower cabinet was overflowing with water due to clogged drainage. Then only we realised the shower drain trap was completely full of disgusting gunk and hair. These are completely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel!
