I have never slept well at this hotel. I stay occasionally for work and my company chooses it but, if it were up to me, I would not ever stay here. The walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to, above and below you. This time, it’s January. My room is ridiculously hot and there’s no way to cool it down. I tried turning on the air con but only hot air came out, no matter how low the temperature on the thermostat. It’s an interior room, so little breeze from the window either. I ended up sleeping naked on top of the bedclothes with the window wide open and STILL woke up every 2 hours sweating. The reception/bar area isn’t great either. I have to stay here sometimes but I would advise that no one else wastes their money. Get an Air BnB instead. Also, as other people have found, I have a hair on the wall of my shower that isn’t mine!

Very clean rooms, with all the amenities. The staff is the best, super polite and kind. The lady on the reception on Sunday 13 of August even helped me on doing and early check-in so I could leave all my luggage. Also, breakfast is very good, with a view to the street which makes you feel more included in the neighbourhood

Whilst the roof bar could use a little TLC, we have stayed a few times at the NH and love it. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff VERY friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

The rooms are ok but the best part is hotel's terrific terrace with spectacular views of San Pedro and there's a bar up there where you can enjoy drinks. The hotel stuff was kind and helpful. The day I was checking out there was an power outage in the town so the elevator obviously couldn't be used. My luggage included 3 big pieces, 1 small, 1 baby buggy and a car for kids! The lady working at the reception saw me on the camera and went up to the 3rd floor to help me with all that stuff plus she also called another employee to come and help. I truly appreciated it.
