We stayed here for four days. Going by the photo of the front of the Hotel from pool. They put us in a room at the back. No light to get over the step in the dark. We could not use the shower…it was filthy and rusty. The back of the toilet was a complete mess…looked like mould or needed painting. The sink was not fitted properly. No clean towels for three days….!! No water overnight! The breakfast was dreadful for a four star….and the cook was putting food ON THE TABLECLOTH….no plate for two days. This place is nothing like advertised! Our first holiday for our four years, due to my cancer….and thank goodness…other places we stayed in were brilliant! Would not want anyone to stay here hoping for something they are not going to get….value for money. It certainly is NOT ! The breakfast , for what there was was awful. And too expensive. We …and other people…had to ask f9r thing ….ie hot water….forks….bread…milk….etc every morning. The gardener walked through a few times…and the cleaning lady with a load of washing! Afraid it was a waste of money!

Staying at The Toch gave me a truly different experience. Superb breakfast were worth waking up for. Customer focused service and a feel like home attitude of the staff made my stay very pleasant. The only thing I wish was different were the upstairs neighbours who completely didn't know how to manage their children. Extremely noisy kids with entitled mum taking no responsibility for their behaviour.

The hotel itself is super nice, the staff is beyond friendly, Mohamed and Andres were so welcoming! Our room was clean and quite spacious. Now some downsides that maybe they can improve: The breakfast is very basic and expensive €18 pp and its nothing special The furniture its slightly old like the cushions maybe it would be nice to renovate those. Everything else is perfect Im glad we choose this hotel 🏨

This hotel falls far short of its claimed 4-star quality, but this review goes beyond that issue. It highlights the alarming negligence of both the hotel staff and management. They were not only aware of, but also willingly assigned guests to rooms that failed to meet even basic legal safety standards. Following our first night at the hotel, our room lost electricity due to unsafe electrical installations that the hotel had known about long before we checked in. Their solution? They expected us to endure a room with no electricity, jeopardizing our safety throughout our stay, all in an effort to retain our payment. In doing so, they violated the law by subjecting us to an unsafe environment and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Consequently, we made the difficult decision to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and hastily find alternative accommodation. The hotel's blatant disregard for guest safety is deeply disturbing, and this establishment should not continue to operate. We will be taking legal action against the hotel.
