We stayed there on our road trip to Spain and Portugal. The room was comfortable and clean. As we traveled with our dog (not permitted in the restaurant) we got breakfast served to the room. The location, just across from the park and 20 minutes walk to the old town, was perfect. Only downside was the amenities. We requested (according to a amenities list) a kettle, two cups and some tea bags. We were advised that we could get the kettle, but cups and rea bags was only available for superior room's. So we canceled the kettle 🙃. Apart from that, we were very satisfied. Thank you

Not very helpful or friendly staff, no staff at the bar and when requisted to have service the bar person was very put out by being ask! One young girl at reception is very helpful and made the difference between 3 and 2 stars. Because you have a captured ordinance, don't take advantage of that does not get star ratings.

The room was good enough with good amenities and quite hygienic. The concierge service was quite good, especially Carmen (sorry if it isnt the correct spelling). She was helpful in guiding us in witnessing such a beautiful city. Breakfast was pretty good and polite staff, especially a lady with short height (sorry, I didn't get her name). The view from their skybar is beautiful.
