Nice and friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Very close distance to Rennweg station and tram stop, which allows quick and easy movement to different points of the city. Meters from Belvedere Palace. The price-quality ratio is good. I recommend it.

We chose this as a base to explore Vienna. It was ideal for that purpose! The rooms are a good size but the standard ones don't offer tea or coffee making facilities in the room. That would have bumped the room score to a 5. Staff seemed a bit stressed when we were checking in.

A nice hotel in central Vienna. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. While this hotel lacked a certain luxury factor, it provided everything we needed for our trip and our room was comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. I would stay at this hotel next time because the value was good.

For a European hotel, the rooms were nice and big, clean as well. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Location was very nice, Rennweg is a nice part of town and well connected to the Airport, sights, and main train station. Trams and buses at your doorstep, metro to AP and Bahnof a stone's throw away. The hotel is only lacking an onsite restaurant. We got a complimentary upgrade, for the simple reason that rooms were available- good attitude. The heritage and vintage of the building adds to the charm.

Probably the worst NH hotel I've ever visited (I choose NH very often in my travel). Surely it has a very good position and the quality of service is as good as the NH standards required, but the rooms have completely to be renovated: they appear old, both in style and the functional point of view, with a very bad shower, a loudly air-conditioning, lack of electric plugs near to the bed, curtains that let light to enter in the morning. Breakfast was good but not excellent. Honestly, from NH I expect much more.
