Bad service, reception and house keeping totally unhelpful. Asking us to check out if we don’t get them towels clean or they will cut the electricity off the room. Such a bad behaviour never expected this from a 3 star hotel giving no service at all. Asking 2 girls in a tourist country to simply check out. Is this a hotel or a hostel?

Good rating for a value-for-money hotel in a good area. Only con is it seems quite dated and quite dimly lit at night. However, the room was clean and the front desk accommodated my request to check-in at 3am and to check-out at 1pm

Stay was not bad. The service was good but the tables were not wiped. Overall good. The pool was also nice and relaxing.

Terrible service from the night staff. I went by to visit was looking to book a room for the next night so I wanted to check if the hotel would be suitable to stay at. Was greeted with an unwelcome no. Then while waiting just 5-10 minutes or so for a Grabtaxi confirmation so we could leave, we were told by the front desk to simply leave the lobby and hotel immediately. It was such an unwelcoming and rude experience. Completely shocked and stunned really. So lucky we didn't book a place here.

Update: Four stars in January but service dropped. Checked in noon and left room for site seeing because of black out. When coming back neighboring beer bar was blasting live music and I ask to change the room to the other side of the building. Staff refused because I should have claimed that earlier (noon, while the bar was still closed) or extend the stay. Hence, rooms where still available and current room. Also no free transfer to skytrain wasn't provided next morning. Value for money not given if you are looking for a good night of sleep.
