The room is equipped with everything that you need and it was clean. The location of the hotel is perfect The restaurant, shops, convenience stores, subways stations and city activities are within walking distance. Also, the hotel staff are amazing and friendly.

More of a serviced apartment than a hotel. Stayed a week. 15 minute walk from Dontonburi and 10 minutes from the nearest subway station. Instructions on arriving included which subway exits had elevators or alternative routes for people with large luggage which I found thoughtful. Courteous staff and rooms are spacious compared relatively to a majority of hotels you find in Japan, especially for the price.

Stayed in the Standard Double Room for 5 nights. There is no service for cleaning of the room. It is more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. The room includes a washing machine with the supply of 2 laundry pods that was extremely useful. The hotels is located quite at least 10 mins walking distance from a train station and 15-20 mins walk away from the main Dontonburi area.

-Very dirty place. The floor was only vacuumed but never mopped. Bath was very dirty. Maybe just dusted and wiped but never scrubbed. Smelly toilet and dirty floor there. -There was no desk, no dining area like stated, not even one chair to sit on. Absolutely no place to eat anything or sit. How is the cooking area useful if you have no place to put a plate and eat!!!!!!!! - The room is much smaller than the photos. Don't get fooled by the photos. The socket was hidden behind the bed because the room was extremely small. - Balcony is strictly to hang clothes, no place to sit and very dirty. -There was no cleaning products like stated. I had to buy my own. -They ask you what time you're arriving to the hotel and write it down in their system but will never accept to check you in before 3 pm. -The pillows are filthy. They are covered with some loose pillow covers which are taken off so easily and if you see the pillow underneath it's yellow stained.
