I would rate 4 Nidya Hotel based on the rooms, the TV remote has a problem, the washroom tap water has a problem, limited food options, and must add more cuisine. Service I liked which was good but had some English communication gap but it is manageable. For the location, I gave 5. The hotel is just in the front of cruise Terminal. At the overall, it is a good place to stay and a friendly environment. This Hotel also provides SPA services and, terrace restaurant that looks amazing and can see the amazing view of the Bosporus Strait. Two cats are awalays there on the terrace 😀

‏. the good things in this hotel is Mr. AYOUB from reception and the location .. everything else is very very bad. We couldn’t sleep that tonighs it was a very bad experience staying inthis hotel , for the first time I tried a hotel that was this bad. It only deserves one or two stars. The room is not really clean and the furnishings are dilapidated. The room services is none. about the terrace we waited for a full hour, but we did not find anyone to serve us. Unfortunately, everything is bad. one guy from The reception asks us every day to move to another room and tells us the reason is that there is other guest who need it .

Good hotel. A Great location in front of Galataport shopping centre. Walking distance to all important points and to the Istanbul Tram. The welcoming and the attention of the staff members was amazing and excellent specially Baykal, Sadiq, Murad, and Sude they always answered our doubts, solved our problems and gave us very good recommendations.

Dishonest!! Do not trust! Please be sure to get everything in writing in a way that cannot be deleted. We initially emailed them about a room and room reservations. They kept switching to Whatsapp. I realize why now. They overcharged us and then deleted the messages where they indicated the pricing. Very very dishonest. Make sure you document everything you do with them. It was not a large amount of money but it is the principal.
