Very nice place if you like all the nose Up in the air guest. Too fancy for me . Upgraded our room to a King suit however to us it was a downgrade. Who needs a two room suit. No view whatsoever. To far from everything. Got in around 6:30 for check in and couldn’t get anything to eat due to restaurant being booked . So went to bed hungry and tired. Made the best of next 4 days the food and service on the beach was the best . So called Mexican restaurant ( Romonos) was a joke at a cost set for rich people. And definite not Mexican cuisine. Where’s the Taco Bell at ? Spa was allot of pre wash stuff that I felt was just to disinfect you before the massage . Way overpriced for the final result. Not very private at all . Felt like a public gym. Breakfast was the best part superior service and food! Definitely recommend this but not at a cost of staying in this overpriced mansion. Communication was poor between staff and lack of English speaking staff.

We visited Mexico for our anniversary and we stayed in the Nizuc for 2 nights and they absolutely surpressed all of our expectations, the resort is out if this world beautifully designed with a upper class unique open air model and the atmosphere is so relaxing and quiet. The staff is so helpful and do a lot to make your stay amazing. The room service make sure to give your room a special touch every day. The beach areas are spread out so you don't see too many people. There are activities to do in the resort to keep you busy for days.

Love this place! Especially how they embraced nature and not destroyed it. Rooms are very spacious, clean and with great views. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Will definitely be back! The beach access is amazing with calm water in the bay perfect for a swim.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday with a few friends and it was amazing. The rooms were nice and comfy with lots of amities. We had a private butler and chocolates on our pillow for turn down service. The food was divine and the service was impeccable. We spent the day on the beach under the cabana's and the waiters kept the drinks coming and always made sure we were taken care of. One of them even tracked down a bagel for me... :) We had some time before our flight and they set us up so we could shower and get ready before we left. My entire party enjoyed our stay from start to finish. I would recommend and definitely will be coming back.
