great stay. mama is a lovely & friendly lady. the rooms are very modern. clean and spacious. enjoyed my stay a lot. mama made my stay even better. hard working lady wish her the best. amazing guest house to stay in!! very well priced. stayed 1 week here and felt very much so at home thanks to mama !! i will definitely return when i come back to bangkok

Did not get the room I booked they gave me another room, Too small , no window, no towel, insects on bed, broken door, floor is tiles but makes sound when walking, seating arrangement is that stool, table is beside it , closet is also that.

Everything was excellent during our stay. The room was simple, but very clean, and the bed was perfect. The location, despite being right near all the Nana night life action, was completely quiet at night, which came as quite a surprise. If you are looking for a comfy spot to lie your head while you are in Bangkok without breaking bank, this is the place to do it! Note: "Mama" was very friendly and hospitable, and treated us with utmost kindness during our stay. We wish her all the best!

The host was absolutely incredible and treated us so amazingly. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms was fine, not great, but okay for the price. It had 2 singles and a tiny window in the bathroom. The other room was a double with no windows. The room with no window was in very rough shape and smelled absolutely awful of mold, it had a very pungent smell. We felt immediately ill with headaches, sore throats and bad congestion. After 2 nights, we eventually went and shared the single room with our other friend. I didn't ask the host to change rooms simply because I saw online that they were fully booked. I didn't talk to the host about it either which was poor on my part. I would love to give them 5 stars for their incredible hospitality, but can't due to the shape of our room.
