Excellent apartment for family travellers, very spacious place with two rooms. The place was well kept, modern with a touch of Japanese interiors, and also well stocked with amenities. We will probably choose this place again should we re-visit Kyoto. Location a plus if you come by the Hankyu Line, probably about a 3min walk. Only downsides is that it is slightly away from the main Kyoto shopping belt and other attractions, and food options at night are very limited around the vicinity. Also, the kitchenette could do with some basic condiments such as oil, pepper and salt. But overall a good stay.

It was nice and clean There was no TV on the second floor, and the room with futons was dimly lit. We stayed for two people, but it was a little too spacious. Therefore, we recommend staying with 4 or more people. Lastly, the good thing is that the guests were quick to reply to messages.
