Great hotel, housekeeping is hard working and always keeping the rooms clean… I heard no noise at all, rooms are wonderful, spacious, modern, prices are good, service is great open 24 htism

When you book it on on booking it doesn’t say nothing about them fooling you into them charging you 100 USD for “guarantee”. The crew is really hard to speak with, their English is not so great and they don’t cooperate with each other as for example I used 80 usd of my “guarantee” for another night and let the guy in the morning know I’m going to check out at night. Just to find out in the evening I need to go through this google translate script all over again while hurrying for a night bus. The rooms are good though and so is breakfast. I don’t blame the staff, they really tried to be nice but the hotel policy with this guarantee which they let you know only on your check in leaving you no where to go. And that the staff don’t cooperate with Each other. The only thing I blame the staff for is being lazy and expecting you to solve their language barrier. As for the location it’s isn’t that good, not close to the beach or any center.

I really enjoyed being here. The room was enormous, and the bed was comfortable. Great option that they provide private taxi service from/to the airport for a decent price. Room had view to Huaca Pucllana. The only negative thing was that they could not change the buffet brekfast to a box breakfast (our plane departed so early in the morning that we could not have buffet breakfast).
