Can't recommend Noelia Suites enough!! First, the host, Elene is awesome. She was so helpful I'm organizing us a taxi from the airport even when we had a really late flight in. She also helped us book breakfast for the next day and gave the BEST restaurant recommendations (you can't beat the ones she mentions in Finikia!). Second, the location is exceptional. You're just outside of Oia, which means you can get to anything easily (about a 10 minute walk to Oia and under 5 minutes to the bus stop), but you're far enough outside the town to feel like you're in a private space and all the cruise ship tourists aren't breathing down your neck. Finikia, as mentioned, had some amazing restaurants (just a 2 minute walk downhill!) so we didn't even bother with the Oia crowds for lunches and dinner most days. Third and finally, the rooms are amazing. Our room had the rooftop hot tub which was so cool. The absolute best spot to watch the sunset in total privacy! On top of that, the rooms are so clean and well appointed. Elene made sure we had everything we needed, from coffee and tea to sugar, bottled water, and even wine! Rain shower is amazing, bed was so comfy, and the AC made it so we weren't sticky even though the weather was pretty nice. I could go on and on, but if you're on the fence at all, absolutely book Noelia Suites, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Noelia Suites, made even better by the host Helen who organized our early check-in, catamaran cruise, and Oia dinner reservation. Her communication (and patience) with us was excellent and the listing is as beautiful as the photos! The cave feels very private and quiet and is tucked in a cozy convenient spot in Finikia, which has its own restaurants and convenience shops with beautiful views, but is an easy 15 min walk on the way up to Oia. The location also makes the rooftop jacuzzi feel considerably more private than the high-traffic Oia options and has a charming vineyard view that we enjoyed. We always found parking nearby (although we visited slightly off-season). We had a perfect relaxing time in Santorini

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights in August 2022 and could not fault the accommodation. Spotlessly clean and beautiful decor, tastefully arranged. The outside area was cleaned every day and had a fantastic view of the sunset in Oia. The bed was comfortable and bedroom cosy with a lovely light feature looking up through the old cave to ground level. The shower was lovely - again spotlessly clean. Elena is a wonderful, and attentive host. She helped to arrange a transfer from the airport, recommended wonderful activities, helped with restaurant bookings, car hire and was also a lovely person, great to talk to about the real Santorini. The cave is in a great location, away from the (sometimes very busy) centre of Oia - a 10 minute walk. It has a nearby shop for food etc and in the other direction are some super restaurants. Oia gets busy at dusk as everyone heads there to see the the sunset - but you can see the sunset beautifully from the hot tub with a glass of wine! A real bonus! A super stay - highly recommended.

Noelia Suites is close to the road, off the top path into Finikia. 1 mins walk from the road, but you don't hear the traffic. The accommodation is set out like most cave houses - main room with a lively double bed, small kitchen area with 2 hob stove kettle and toaster, and a separate bathroom with a rainfall shower. From the frontdoor to the side is a table and chairs for your morning coffee, and steps lead up to the top deck where there are loungers and a 2 person jacuzzi. The views from the top are wonderful.It's been very tastfully equipped inside, and Helen ensures you are well looked after. We would recommend this!

Cozy, clean and stylish with an intimate feel. Elena, the host, was very accommodating and helpful with tips for where to eat and even booking a catamaran tour for us. The communication with her was easy and reliable- from airport pickup until checkout we never lacked anything.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
