Very nice hotel. The rooms are small, but well designed. We stayed with our 4 year old and it was enough space for us. Everything is exceptionally clean. Love the shower! Staff are very warm, helpful and professional. Only feedback for improvement is the breakfast - the menu and buffet is the same everyday. We stayed 5 days with the same food each day. We paid for an extra night prior to arrival to ensure we had an early check in. We were advised in writing that if we did not get there in time for breakfast, that the breakfast amount would be credited to F&B. However upon checkout we asked for the credit to be applied to our dinner and they said it’s not possible now - we should have told the restaurant when we had dinner. We were not informed about that at check in, so how should we know? Anyway…no F&B credit - which was a disappointing finish to our stay. Dinner in the restaurant was very good with excellent food and service. Overall - it was a great place to stay…except for the final impression.

Had a lovely stay for 4 nights recently as our first time to Tokyo. Staff spoke pleasant English and always greeted us with a smile. I booked the superior double room knowing I wanted more space, and had our expectations exceeded! There was enough room for 3 large luggages while still being able to walk around comfortably. The branded bluetooth speaker was a really nice touch. Very comfortable stay. Location wise, accessible to so many places due to the subway lines, shinkansen and Keisei express which we appreciated as we had an early flight home. Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood yet few minutes away from the bustling streets across the train station. Would return again for sure!

The accommodation and transportation here are very convenient, with transportation options just a few hundred meters away. The hotel environment is very clean and beautiful, with a stylish and artistic atmosphere. The staff communicates well in English. They responded quickly to inquiries sent via email before check-in, providing satisfactory answers. During our stay, they assisted us every day in tidying up our room, which was very satisfying. Breakfast offers a different main dish to choose from every day, presented wonderfully, and the salad bar is also satisfying. We look forward to having the opportunity to stay again in the future and enjoy different meals. It is suggested to add more options for the main dishes, so long-term guests can enjoy a greater variety of cuisine. Additionally, consider adding some laundry facilities to ease the queue for laundry services. Overall, we are very satisfied. Thank you for your service.
