Rooms are to be improved. They’re old and run down, but the bed is comfortable and the shower is nice and hot. The windows and curtains are thin, so you hear everything outside and get woken up by the lights from the street. Close to the airport, 5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes walking - only reason why one would stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Very close to the airport. Esp. convenient when taking early morning flights or late night arrivals, and they have 24/7 front desk + airport shuttle! Can’t ask more for about 450,000VND. however since cheap doesn’t mean dirty, better keep the bathroom cleaner!!

Even though the stuff is good, the hotel itself is horrible. A huge flying coackroach entered our room, and I never saw anything alike in my life. Flying mosquitos also entered room. The reason we had the window was to use it, no?? Apparently, if you open the window to have some oxygen, you get all insects joining you. We were changed room without window, and it was claustrophobic old furniture, dirty sheets and some smell. Disgusting because next door hotels have exactly same price and 10x better quality. Only advantage this hotel has is you can pay by card and person speaks some English and there is wifi. Other than that...

This would have been a 3-star instead of 4 if not for the lady being very service-oriented. The biggest knock is the lack of hot water. I turned the water one way and then the other for minutes trying to get a hot shower, none came. Since this was just a convenient place to get to the airport early in the morning, that shower could wait until my next destination. When I was looking for a place to spend the last night in Hanoi area, this place popped up because of its proximity to the airport and, from the map, it looked like lots of options for dinner... Well, it was a definitely quick drive to the airport, but really no good places to eat to speak of. I'll look for another hotel next time 8 need to stay near Hanoi Airport.

I booked through a third party agency and upon arrival, they did not have our reservation. The lady shooed us away until another employee came to speak to us. He apologized but couldn’t offer any remedy. We booked a room for the night and contacted our third party for a refund. In order to authorize a refund, they needed to obtain a goodwill refund from the hotel. After receipt of the hotel, taxi from the hotel to the airport and a bus confirmation with the drop off at the hotel, Noi Bai Airport Hotel refused to acknowledge our reservation. Take your money to better customer service and fair businesses practices.
