Good experience first time at vietnam. they have free pick-up from the airport, after arriving at the hotel I was immediately greeted by friendly service by receptionist Ms. Phuong. She also well arranging my activity during i’m stay at Vietnam. Great service!!!

Pros: Helpful and friendly staff with good English, very near the airport with free transfer service. Good facilities. Very decent bathroom and overall cleanliness. Nice, bright restaurant space on seventh floor, with breakfast buffet. Cons: Bed is very hard (not a spring mattress, but high-density foam usually used for public seating!). Room 602 had no outside window and smelled vaguely of fish. Minor housekeeping oversights such as broken lights and an opened bottle of water. Credit card machine broken, so staff had to accompany us to an ATM at the airport for payment. Questionable decor.

Terrible management that doesn't train staff and blames everyone else. DO NOT USE LAUNDRY SERVICE!!! They damaged by daughters souvenir T-shirts and will not compensate me for their incompetent staff who left bleach marks all over them. Bathroom floor had a large urine stain on the floor and smelt like a latrine. Took them over an hour to wipe it once with a mop! Located in a dark alley that isn't safe and very dirty outside. Very bad and unsafe part of town. Stay here at your own risk. No A/C in common areas or dining room which makes the whole experience very uncomfortable.
