The rooms were spacious with Aircon and the top bunks had a safety panel so you couldn't accidentally fall out. The toilet/shower facilities were alright. The kitchen was chaos. Way too many people in a too small area. It also didn't have an oven.

Hostel was good but the staff were unreal. Especially the girl from Happy Travels Lou! She planned my entire trip around NZ, Oz m and Fiji. Couldn’t do it with out her! If you are in town deffo ask for her she will sort you out big time!!! Big love xxx

Great place to stay at! Clean and tidy. The free barcrawl on Wednesday nights are fun! Louisa and Dom made it an epic night. Winning a cool prize definitely contributed (no it’s not just a free drink) 💪

Hostel itself was great and very clean. Service from reception was ok. You need to contact reception to change the aircon and heater settings. Several times we contacted them and no reply only to go to reception and find everyone standing around talking. This should be controlled by the room as we were absolutely roasting. Also don’t plan on getting any sleep if your in the back rooms as the rooms face out on to a busy street and the nightclub doesn’t end until 4am. Most nights we were out so this didn’t bother us too much. The toilet and shower generally were always flooded or out of order. The kitchen facilities are tiny for the size of the hostel but there is a lovely common area sitting room. There’s a lovely fire in reception. The location is just perfect in the centre of town
