Great location and value for money. Space was also very clean and the bathroom and shower were great. However, we had requested a double bed and were given two singles. When we informed the receptionist she told us the hotel was full and this was the only option. One of the beds was also rock hard, and so were both the pillows. We woke up with neck ache and my partner slept terribly. A shame as otherwise it was a great find

Value for money. Good location. Rooms are so small but OK for Asian. There's 3 persons room then good for family. Breakfast 7:00-10:00 a.m. around 9:00 a.m. food is not enough, most of them no refill, come early is better. It's OK for wheelchair.

I had a terrible 3 nights in this hotel. Firstly, the staff are not at all helpful. I tried to get help to order a taxi and every staff member just waved me away when asking for help. Of course, no one at reception for hours. Now breakfast is hit and miss. The coffee was awful. The food was never ready, I had an early flight but even at 7.30am most of the breakfast was not out. Lastly, the room was tired, the internet slow, and the lighting awful. Mainly based on the rude service, I’ll never set foot here again.

Pretty sweet deal close to the old town, in a new and stylish 9 floor building. Elevator is tucked away at the end of the parking garage, reception is on the second floor, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Wallpapered rooms feature tasteful, wooden furniture which make space feel a tad congested Double rooms come with queen size bed, fridge, TV and enough storage place for a month's stay. Double shower head is a bonus, bathroom is clean and smart, but the flimsy, plastic soap holder should be replaced with a simple, wooden shelf. Nights are quiet, comfortable and cozy. Better have a proper Thai breakfast than hotel food, that's 101.
