North Star Hotel

Thank you Suleiman, for the wonderful hospitality, you were very helpful. The place was very neat and in a very good location. The rooms were very tidy , spacious and maintenance was top class. Located pretty central to Trabzon, and the beach, airport and restaurants. I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights, but I could’t stay for more than 9 hours. The hotel level is way far from the expected level. The followings are my observations: 1. The bedding level, cleaness, and quality is not as you may wish. There were kind of hair, small left over items that shows the bedding is not really cleaned. 2. The pillows are of the worst qualities 3. The bathroom door was not closing easily unless you make harsh closing and make noise to others in your room and neighboring rooms 4. Receptionest will tell you to dial the Zero for any room services or assistance, but when you get into the room you find there is not phone at all. 5. I was looking for clothes ironing, but there wasn’t in the room. When I asked the reception, he said all our ironings are booked by other rooms, when we get one free will inform you! So they are expecting you to stay at your room until they get you ironing! 6. Car parking lot is stacked by cars over each other, to get your car you have to wait for the receptionest to finish with the other guests on the desk and then he will go to move 3-4 cars to get your out. What happened with me was worse, they parked my car in another parking lot adminsitered by someone else, and the time I asked for my car they said the security guy on that parking lot is not available, wait until he gets back! 7. Resturant is very small so when we went for breakfast all tables were fully occupied. 8. I looked at the breakfast offering, it was very limited variaties, mostly cheese, with one egg item (boiled egg) and french fries Truly it doesn’t worth the money, one night of such experience was at a cost of Saudi Riyal 650 per night! I have left the hotel although I booked for one night more
