I was considering staying at the hotel, but I changed my mind. Not only because of the guests' comments, but also because of the hotel owner's response to the guests' comments. His words carry a sense of arrogance towards others. He wants us to believe that all the guests are lying in their reviews. I advise the hotel owner or the person responding to guest comments to be more respectful and to undergo customer service and guest interaction training.

A hotel we saw on the road and entered. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we had no problems with the baby bed. The employees were very attentive and friendly and helped with everything. The rooms are very nice and clean, the view is wonderful, it is very enjoyable to watch the planes take off and land. Yes, there is road noise, but it is not a disturbing sound when the window is closed. If I come to Trabzon, it is a hotel I would like to come back to. Thanks for everything

First of all, there were hairs and hairs on the beds in the hotel, but not just one or two, but a lot. Thanks to the friend at the reception, he changed our room, but unfortunately the room given to us was in the same condition. We had to use our own pike... Later, there was a serious smell in the hotel, the friend at the hotel said it was because the hotel was new, but a new hotel or building does not smell that much. If you are sensitive to sound, it may be difficult for you to sleep due to the sounds of planes and trucks. The employees were very polite and naive people. Finally, I think the hotel should improve itself regarding breakfast. If these problems are solved, the hotel could be really nice...

A white boutique paradise directly opposite the airport and in the center, a modern boutique hotel in a style never seen before in Trabzon. I would give 10 points to the welcome, service and staff. It was perfect in every respect. The rooms are much cleaner and more spacious than many hotels, and a great view welcomes you. The food and desserts rival five-star restaurants. So, as you can see, come to DECK, your mouth will be happy and your eyes will be happy.
