Very pretty place, i went to see peacocks (which is a hit or miss for this park) but couldn’t find any unfortunately. It was still a really nice place to go to; however you should bring your own drinks and food as the cafe is quite expensive.

Easy to find from the Central line tube station. The park offers a choice of themed gardens. One of them being the ornate and beautiful Chinese garden. The signage is clear and the park itself is very clean. A good place to spend peaceful time. Away from the hustle and bussle of the city. Highly recommended for a crisp relaxing Sunday winter walk.

Visited the park on a sunny Sunday , the park is easily accessible from the tube station. Park has lots of things to offer for everyone to enjoy from kids to adults. Kyoto garden was the main reason for me to visit this place. The Kyoto garden was the most busy one ..with lot of people trying to get pictures. It's a very pretty garden with peacocks . The park itself was very crowded so plan your visit , I would avoid the weekends.

A lovely park in the Kensington area that makes for a nice walk or picnic. Within the park, there's a cafe, a charming Kyoto garden, children's playground and a venue (The Orangery) which hosts events and weddings. There's also hostel type accommodation (Safestay) in the middle of the park. The park is not accessible 24/7. At the time of visiting, it opened at 7:30am and closed 30 minutes before dusk. Wildlife includes herons, peacocks and a lot of squirrels! Public toilets free to use. Dogs are allowed in the park but not in the Kyoto garden. Car park also available to use.
