The location of the hotel is very good but the hotel is located on a hill from where you can easily walk but when you come back it is very difficult to climb up. The bathroom in your room is too small and you will not feel comfortable in any way. If you are from an Arabic country, you may like the breakfast and dealers but the food is not so good but the price is high. There are some Bangladeshi staff here who are very sincere and can help you in all kinds of ways and none of the people sitting at the reception can not speak English

The staff were so helpful and brilliant. Suggested great places to go for sight seeing rather than the normal ziyarahs and were also very helpful in topping up the rooms with things and cleaning when needed. My only gripe is that the rooms are small. Although this hotel is great and has great staff, you just need to remember its still a 3 star hotel. But as 3 star hotels go, this is the best one I've been to so far! Shout out to Samir who was especially helpful during our stay and always ensured we had what we needed.

Just had the pleasure to spend three days in this fine establishment. What attracted me to book there was the reviews. Was not disappointed at all. Great service, my mother was with me the staff (samir) and others did a great job taking her up and down the hill. It takes less than 5 min to be at the entrance of the main masjid. Very convenient location if u like to go outside the area if haram for dinning or shopping. The hotel is located few yard away from taking a taxi and be in a tunnel to explore the rest of Mecca. Enjoyed the 24 hour coffee stand with very good quality and varieties. The front desk staff (fahed ) extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will stay there on my next trip In sha Allah Hassan
