Well located minutes away from some great sites eg Capella S.Severo and some good restaurants. Palazzo entrance needs serious seeing to, lift not always working since tenants within same block seem to forget to close door once they get to their floor..lugging luggage 4 floors up is no mean feat. Clean modern room with basic furnishing but mattress too soft for my liking

Located very close to two metro stops, they hotel was very clean , the view off the balcony was really nice , we slept with the window open and it was not noisy at all , is on a residential street. The bathroom was very clean , shower had lots of water pressure. The room was very modern, had a minibar , lots of closet space , even a safe . What we really loved about the accommodations was the bed , it was so comfortable you felt like you were sleeping on a cloud . After a long day site seeing a comfortable bed is appreciated. The location was perfect, old town was close by and many other sites . walking back to the hotel late at night was very safe . Also downstairs there was a lovely cafe perfect for your morning breakfast. There was no need to travel far for food lots of restaurants in the area . Even a small grocery store up the street great for buying snacks and water. We would definitely stay here another time while in Naples . Alessandra at front desk was very helpful and responded to emails promptly.

Well suited in old town. Big and very clean rooms. All the amenities Stuff were very helpful, kind and delightful. Highly recommend this place. The only downside is that, if you leave the windows open it is very noisy as Neapolitan love sounding their car horns 😄
