Starting with the negatives - the only thing that I can crib about is the location. Some distance from the city, which ensures that the environs are quiet. The big plus of the hotel are their staff. Be it the front desk, the restaurant or housekeeping, all of them are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the housekeeping staff for keeping the rooms squeaky clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn't stay long enough at the hotel to give full review, but I will give my highs and lows as follows. Highs The reception experience was awesome. Quick, friendly and professional. The staff was awesome! The room was clean, nice big bed. Lows. The bathroom (shower) was basically open, so water gets everywhere when you take a shower. So don't expect dry floors anywhere when you done. Not sure if the other room types have a different set up. Also had to call for water as none was in the room when I first arrived. I had dinner the first night, variety was lacking for the mains and dessert. Lucky for me I like salad, wouldn't have been able to have a full meal otherwise. Even when I ordered breakfast to go, my cheese omelette was a regular omelette with cheese on top as opposed to cheese in it, and they gave me pancakes, like u asked, but no syrup. I've been to other hotels under company booking, where the food service provided was far better. The taste was just okay. Didn't use the recreational facilities, so can't speak of the gym or pool, actually the gym I believe was closed for renovations sadly. If you're not a foodie, and don't mind wet floors, then you should be very fine staying here.

Starting from location: Far away from everything nothing near Service: Very slow service! No flexibility Rooms: Good, clean but a bit used too much. Its comfortable. The view is not great at all. Their prices is very reasonable. I expected at least to enter the room and find dental kit, loaf and personal needs to be there! Nothing is there. :/

A great place to be , we have tried several restaurants, all of them a great however especially the Italian one gave us a remarkable impression. This from staff , to chef and menu well balanced. Quality absolutely perfect. We would sure return. It's very relaxing on this artificial lake or lagoon. For certain meetings a bit from downtown however if you have things to see a Shaikh Zayed Mosque or other it's very near. A true nice place to go. All my admire
