I have been a guest of the hotel for over two weeks, previously I also stayed for a few days due to the hotel's location close to the Port. I noticed that breakfast is the same every day: scrambled eggs made from powder- tasteless, sausages - disgusting, bacon dry, salty and stiff, plus hard-boiled eggs, some bread, croissants, tomatoes, cucumbers. Nothing, that would require any work from the cook. The breakfasts are basically miserable. The second complaint concerns WiFi. I reported to the reception that on the third floor, none of my devices were connecting to the network. In response, I was told to call the Internet service provider - embarrassing. Why should I call your ISP??? The problem is clearly on your side and you should call a technician to fix it. Next time, I and the companies which I hire will stay at other hotel, because all cotractors also complained to me about breakfast and service.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel. The kids and us really enjoyed the swimming pool and the playground area, with ping-pong and football. The space for kids to run free and for us to drink a coffee, enjoy a drink or meal and swim was very nice. The breakfast was really good, the room had a huge TV, nice bath and beds. Perfect when you are travelling with or without kids, the staff was very friendly. The location was a bit far from the centrum but easily acessible with public transportation.

Iv been to many hotels. And I’m very fussy. But this hotel staff were amazing. Especially the night staff. My daughter was hungry and everything was closed and the language was a problem. But Mr Jawad was very helpful and help us in many ways. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of his hospitality and service. Staff like this make the hotel seem welcome and make us very safe and comfortable

The bed was 5 Star. There is a second door in the room, that you get not disturb by the main corridor. I got 4 or more cool pillows in my Bed. I sleep like a prince. Room was Clean. Toilet / Shower was clean. Most important for me, i could sleep nicely and without outside noise! Reception open 24/7. Checkin/Checkout: 5 Star Price/Room: Fair (could be renovated) Bed: 5 Star Pillow: 5 Star Sleep experience: 5 Star 14/15.08.2023
