Great value, clean and comfortable rooms. 24hr free coffee was a great touch. Breakfast was generous and wholesome. Lovely staff. Although it's a bit out from the city, the trams are frequent and cheap, so no problems there.

After I've read some of the reviews I get that probably things have changed there. We had a very nice experience of staying there. Staff aas very friendly and was prepared for our coming. Our room was clean and bedsheets were super clean, no smells and very soft. Bathroom was also very clean but an old version with simple white tiles. The only thing that bothered was the air that hangs there, probably because of the carpet that even though was clean you still smell it(but wasn't bothersome). The hotel lies close to a very busy area of trams and highway and our room was close to that side but we didn't find it a trouble. Without turning on the heater the room was itself warm enough. Breakfast was enough and I liked the fact that they think about food thrown away because everything was in small portions. Everything in general was neat and the location is perfect for Antwerpen. Parking is public and free and very close to every bus or tram station.

Excellent, friendly hotel. Good facilities and well located for public transport and motorway access. Easy parking. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the great breakfast. Have stayed before and will stay again.

I am giving 2 star just coz of the lounge area and the small convenient store for seafarers. The rooms are really tiny, no air conditioning provided, resulting in unable to sleep during day time. Food is mediocre and really basic taste wise also nothing special. They provide cloak room facilities which is the only good thing apart from the near by tram stop from where you can head to Antwerp central using tram 1. Location is good there are some eateries, Decathlon at walkable distance. This place is the first preference by agents to Accommodate Seafarers.
