The hotel is very easy to find right opposite the metro. The room and bathroom were very clean and had good shower pressure. This breakfast buffet was okay something for everyone. Our air-conditioning was not working at first but the staff members were quick to sort it. They do have luggage storage for you if you arrive before you check in time.

Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel with very friendly, helpful and engaged employees. The room on the upper floor was very comfortable and had a balcony with view on the Eiffel tower. The neighborhood was multicultural with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Great place to stay and explore the city as well, Metro station in front of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and loved it. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a large TV. The highlight was the impressive bathroom section, featuring delightful Rituals products among its amenities. Overall, a fantastic experience! P.S. Convenient location with the metro station directly across from the hotel.

I am currently staying at the Novotel Belleville as I am writing this. We booked this room a few months ago mainly based on others reviews of this hotel and the pictures they had online of the balcony. The room is small, my husband and I can barely turn on the bed. Upon checking in we realised that only one of the rooms had the prized balcony. And we ended up with a walkway, there is definitely a balcony view and a view of the Eiffel Tower, but we booked this hotel mainly because of the balcony. We made the mistake that another reviewer did, thinking this hotel is closer to the centre. It’s not but it’s not a problem though as the M11 train takes you directly to the centre, and is walking distance. They’ve actually packed their guests like sardines in this hotel. Quite surprising given that it is Novotel. You do feel like you have been taken for a ride. This is false advertising.
