We arrived late on Wednesday night; our room was ready and the staff where very welcoming. The facilities where clean, and fresh. Special thanks to Bappy for keeping our rooms clean and hygienic. The pool was very refreshing. We enjoyed out welcoming drink in the bar, breakfast was great! We used the hotel drivers on a number of occasions, they second to none, they were knowledgeable, and the price was right. I will be returning in the next month or so! I would highly recommend this hotel, to friends collogues and others. Keep up the great work.

Honestly best stay ever!! The staffs really know how to involve the whole family while staying. The buffet is impeccable, immaculate sooo good! The rooms the lobbies everywhere is clean and it's kept up to a high standard. Lastly, they have the kindest and most welcoming staffs. Will definitely come again and would recommend it to friends and families.

We stayed for 2 days at this hotel. It was a superb stay. The staff were very supportive and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect Breakfast was amazing. We travelled with kids the staff made sure we got all the assistance we needed be it a cot, washing of baby milk bottles. The only recommendation would be to clean the carpets.. there is a far small of mould as you enter the hotel and in the rooms..

Amazing part of the hotel is housekeeping it was neat timely & beyond the standard of the hotel. The credit goes to the housekeeping guy Mr Bappy who was also helpful with suggestions about places to eat & shop. Wish him good luck. Now about the service & amenities offered by the hotel. As a promoter of sustainability brand the bathroom amenities & others are up to the mark & eco friendly. I stayed in the hotel from 12 to 16 Jan 24. Before going I booked a room for 4 person including 2 kids & informed to them earlier via Agoda chat multiple times but while boarding they informed me that my booking is for one person & the front desk receptionist Filipino girl was giving lame excuses for their side fault.
