The hotel's location right behind Paddington is amazingly convenient, and the service has been fine. Francesco at check-in was great; he was friendly and efficient, getting me settled in quickly and early. The rooms, on the other hand, are old and worn out. The sheets could use replacing. The room I was initially given had stains on the linens that straight-up looked unsanitary. The replacement room I was given wasn't as bad, but there was still enough hairs and lint all over the place to be off-putting. The room layout is also strange and dated; there aren't any power outlets near the beds, and the toilet has no sinks near it, which just doesn't seem like a particularly sanitary decision. As good as the front desk staff is, it just can't make up for just how disgusting the rooms and linens are. Beyond that, there's also no air conditioning, which you wouldn't think would be an issue in January, but the room is really stuffy otherwise. The wifi signal and speed, at least for my room on the second floor in the middle of the building, is so poor that websites will take forever to load (or completely fail to load) or my devices will continually lose connectivity.

We had a lovely stay in your hotel. It was in a great location for our plans. The breakfast was lovely the next morning. Just also to mention Sasha on your front desk was amazing! She was very helpful, she couldn’t do more to help us! So the 10 is for her too!

Hotel located at good place. But problem is they dont clean rooms neatly only they make bed with same bedsheets not even providing fresh one. Also bathtub drainage were broken . Shower gels not filling regularly. They don't even check out each and everything works good or not. Staff is good but management is poor.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, primarily choosing it for the pool and sauna facilities. The location is a 10-minute walk from Paddington Station. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service throughout our stay. One minor downside was the absence of a bathtub in our room. This would have been more convenient with a baby. It's worth noting that the pool and sauna area had no staff on-site, and there was only one shower room available. Make sure to book a slot for using the facilities. The pool and sauna, along with the hotel's accessibility, made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

I visited this hotel for a business meeting and an overnight stay during a working week. The hotel is located close to busy Paddington Station and easy to get to. I arrived at the reception and I was greeted by a friendly man who swiftly checked me in and explained the facilities. There are currently renovation works taking place, and the reception is very small. The Bar and the restaurant are currently located on the M floor and nicely set up. I was pleasantly surprised by the view of my room and how simple and modern it was as a whole. One has everything needed for a business trip. The shower pressure was surprisingly high considering the upper floor I was on. The room was quiet despite the hotel being close to the railway. I had a drink at the bar before dinner, and there was a great variety of beverages despite being a pop-up bar. Breakfast was nicely spread, and seating was available in two areas, one being adjacent to the terrace and one overlooking the railway. Breakfast options were at high level, both quality and presentation. They were at correct temperature and taste. Overla, great stay. I will return
