Great hotel. Well located close to the metro station Friendly staff everything clean. If you don't want the option of the breakfast buffet , they give you the option to buy things separately which for us was just what we needed. Overall very good . I can't wait to return.

Good location (IFEMA), close to Metro, comfy beds. Fabulous breakfast - so much delicious food, great choices and friendly service. Especially Deborah made us feel at home. She radiates with great energy and took good care of us.

Always a good stay, clean and comfortable. Sadly, like all hotels, facilities are gradually reduced, meaning less value for higher prices. This time there was no milk in the room, or was this just a mistake? Certainly the amount of Nescafe pods has been reduced.

Room was not very clean. Pee droplets up the bathroom walls next to the toilet. Finishings (tiling, installations, door frames etc) weren't the best. One of the towels smelt musty as if it had been used. Luckily I was staying by myself so there was another one spare. Rooms need to be improved for a 4*. Taxis availability 10/10. Hotel Staff Service 10/10. Restaurant 10/10. Location 10/10.

The photo which is on Internet and actual room has differance. The room first which we got has fungus under window and Toilet floor needs to be repair as damage joints between tile can be seen. Specially Restaurant staff not find freindly as normaly they should learn to ask guest "How i can help you or may i help you" such kind of word and not like "Restaurant is closed" like guest are looking for free food. Cleaning staff is amazing and polite and i would give 4 out of 5 to them. Metro station is in walkable distance to easy access to city.
