Very disappointing. Nice views from the breakfast area & comfy beds but that’s about it! Relatively small pool with mediocre drinks and beverages. Bad breakfast. No wifi on the 6th floor (where our room was situated), they asked me to upgrade the room with extra charge so as to have proper wifi!! The staff at the reception was overall helpful, some girls were super polite but there was one girl in particular who was rude to the clients and unprofessional in her communication. The bed was very comfy, we had a very pleasant, uninterrupted sleep and woke up super fresh every morning, although the a/c didn’t work properly. The carpets on the 6th floor need to be replaced. there is an unpleasant smell all around the 6th floor, as you walk out the elevator. In general, avoid the 6th floor, or even better, avoid the hotel!

We are a family with a ten and thirteen year old. The boys love it, for the breakfast selection and the arcade. The view from breakfast area was amazing. Location is about 15 mins walk to the centre but bus stop is relatively near. Staff are helpful and nice. Novotel affordable family rooms provide possibility for families to travel and kids an experience to remember.

Great hotel and an excellent location. The staff are really nice and helpful. There was a call to the room every day to check that everything was ok and that we had everything we needed. The restaurant is excellent and has lovely views over the port. Room was big and comfortable.

Stayed two nights in August 2023. Booked an 'executive' room for 3 of us. Positives: Really modern and nice lobby, bar, outdoor area, nice pool, service reasonable and special mention to Marina who sorted us a later check out time and remembered my name throughout! Negatives: note, the rooms are very dated and have not been upgraded any time recently. As soon as you enter the lift you can smell the old, stale, smoky smells, and it continues along the corridor and into your room. Old and dated apart from a decent TV. AC just about ok, nespresso machine worked but pods poor quality. No bathrobes either. When sat around the pool, TWICE a bartender approached everyone else around the pool and asked if they wanted a drink, and ignored us each time. They also had drinks served in glasses, and when I went to buy a drink I was told I had to have them in plastic beakers. Was it because we were English?? We didn't use the restaurant or have breakfast as it was a hefty €21 each.

We stayed a week and the hotel is really comfortable. It's easily accessible from the old port by bus, and close to a beach. We enjoyed dishes in the restaurant and it has really nice views. The staffs are experts and really friendly. I particularly notice about Armin, he was not only professional but also really friendly to my daughter. I can recommend the hotels for families with small kids.
