We are group of 8 friends stayed in this hotel. We are the only couple arrived earlier than all group around noon and receptionist told us we should be back at 3pm and we were back at 2:30 all our friends already checked in in their room before us. I wish the receptionist knows how to manage the rooms better. He seems super unprofessional. Later on we asked for extra pillows and the room service gave us a decorative pillow cover with pillow case?! Location and everything other than that was ok. But checking in and room service needs to be improve.

Lovely rooms, very modern and clean. A quiet area, staff were incredibly helpful and available 24/7 for any problem/question. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, only issue was the key card kept deactivating even when not next to mobile phone, but staff sorted it multiple time with no problem.

Rooms were clean and cutely designed although on the smaller side. Service was very nice and the hotel was very well located. Only issue was the the rooms are not very sound proof so you hear a lot of what’s going on. But with some earplugs it’s a very solvable issue.

This hotel is amazing and super modern. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, and with quality bedding. The service was great, the team is very welcoming and make sure that your stay goes the best possible way. The hotel is very well located (10 mn walk to Vieux Port, and 2 metro stop from Train Station). I recommend this hotel 100% and will book it again when I return to Marseille.
