Depending on where you're headed in Paris, this can be a very convenient hotel. Steps from Accor arena, right at the intersection of two metro lines, and walking distance to a major train station and places of business. Rooms are on the small side (although fine by European standards) but nicely kept and comfortable. The shower is nice and hot. Service is friendly. Downstairs, the breakfast is good and coffee strong. Rooms are pretty quiet. I very rarely heard a neighbor.

The hotel and the room were fine. We've stayed before so we knew what we'd be getting. However, the person who checked us in was unaware that I am a Silver member and as such should receive a complimentary drink on arrival. When I queried it with him, he said that because of the room I had booked, we weren't entitled to the drink. I felt quite embarrassed that I'd asked. I then checked my membership benefits on my app, and it did indeed say that we should be offered a complimentary drink. My husband showed my phone to the clerk and he gave us a voucher for a drink. Also on check in, we were informed that breakfast started at 6.30am. We said that's the time we would be leaving in the morning so we'd miss it. The next morning at 6.20am, we were sitting in reception waiting for a taxi and we saw other guests leaving with a 'grab & go' breakfast box. We hadn't been informed that we could have done that, so we left without any breakfast. The hotel itself was of a good standard, I just feel that on this occasion, the staff needed a bit more training in order to make sure the guests receive everything they have paid for.

As a long-standing customer, the staff well know me and always nice gestures. I had the benefit of the ALL status of mine with a bigger room, I was surprised by the contemporary decor and the fact that it was geared towards a more oriental clientele. Having said that, it was tastefully done, perfectly in keeping with the high standards claimed, and apart from a few finishing details (but the devil is in the details, isn't it?) it was virtually faultless. The only downside is that, because of its nature, the air-conditioning is complicated to regulate, with hot and cold zones and uneven temperatures. Even with a low sky, the natural light in the room is pleasant and the view very nice. Thank you again, the experience was great, I really appreciated the restful silence, the great night-time view. Oh yes, there is one thing, though: the channel settings on the bedroom TV are, shall we say, odd. The channels start above 1000 and without any logic: you're on channel 1, you press the 2 button on your remote and you're on a channel that isn't France2, so I use the - and + buttons on the remote and... No better! I'm bringing an old case to light again: given the standard claimed for this room, when will omelettes and sunny side-up eggs, etc, be served for breakfast in the room? Anyway, that was so nice, thank you for this. Last question: why this survey came to me in English? Not an issue at all, just a question.

The whole family enjoined staying. Room had enough space for all 4 of us. All employees where kind and willing to support us. Breakfast and restaurant serve high quality meals. Sunday's balloon event during breakfast was a pleasant surprise for the kids too. The reason I rated the Service with 4 stars is because of the room cleaning. We found garbage under the sofa-bed when we checked in. Moreover, at a 4-star hotel more hotel amenities are usually available, such slippers, shower cups etc.
