Great location hotel. It was clearly refurbished a few years ago but still needs improvement in the smell sector. Still clean, good staff. But overrated with 4 stars. Very good breakfast.

The room was quite spacious with a small fridge and a big bathroom. The dining area downstairs was very cosy and inviting. The buffet breakfast had a great variety and couple of nights we had pizza in the dining area as well. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was also close to the metro and the bus stop.

Excellent hotel very friendly staff. Rooms are bit crammed for the price we pay however located at nest location close to Metro and bus stops ideal for tourists. They can add water bottles etc as amenities which is lacking for a star hotel

We were in Paris as a birthday trip which hotel staff new about and so kindly upgraded us to an executive room with an Eiffel Tower view! Gioacchino checked us into our room and was so lovely and helpful to us during our stay. The hotel is at a great location (a short 10 min drive from Eiffel Tower) and was very easy to get to and from. There was a lovely rooftop bar with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and staff was very friendly despite us only going to have a look. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and was upset we were only there for a night and had to leave so soon

Stayed for 5 nights for my 1st time in Paris, disappointed with a 4 a stars hotel with the Room amenities. Stayed in superior room with no slipper, bathrobe provided,if required need to pay EUR 5 for each but also been declined due to full house which not enough. No toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap & vanity kit provided as well. Cup and spoon is paper type, really not up to 4 stars hotel Standard. The bathroom stand shower area just cover half with glass, when showers the water splash over the toilet and wet all over the floor, the design is not practical. One thing happy with is the room is clean and bed is comfortable.
