Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. Opting for the Deluxe Pool Access room was a fantastic choice. The spacious rooms and the private small pool with a jacuzzi were simply perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The highlight of the stay was the expansive pool, which was not only beautiful but also well-maintained. The staff, especially K. Bow, at the Pool bar, made the experience even better with their warm and friendly service. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary pleasure. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making every meal a treat. To complete our stay, we indulged in a one-hour spa session, which left us feeling rejuvenated and pampered. It was the ideal way to cap off our visit. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent blend of luxury, relaxation, and attentive service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

It's a Good looking hotel also located close to most of the main streets. The swimming pool is the highlight. The staff is friendly but they need to learn to speak and understand English as they cater to a lot of English speaking population. Not knowing proper English reflects ignorance on their part and feel like they take is for granted. Food was good too and I had a pleasant stay and a good experience!

· Efficient and Smooth check-in The pool was fantastic, offering a refreshing escape during my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my stay enjoyable. Impressed by the perfect cleanliness throughout the hotel—maintaining high standards. Prime location, ideal for exploring nearby Disliked · Rooms were inconveniently distant from elevators, causing inconvenience during the stay. Noticed a significant 25% rate hike from October to November, which was unexpected and disappointing. Daytime noise, particularly poolside music, was disruptive. Additional soundproofing is advisable for a more peaceful environment.

Our experience was wonderful. The location is perfect with walking distance from beach. Also many eating options around. The resort itself is huge and has many facilities which were useful like they have a inhouse store from where you can buy many things like beer, water, clothes, chocolates etc and its open most of the time. Also the swimming pool was huge and comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and cooperative. Overall its a wonderful experience.
