Let me just start by saying I love to help businesses by posting positive reviews, but unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this hotel. I called the hotel at 6:30am hoping they would have a room available for me and my mom to sleep after spending the earlier hours rushing my dad from the coastal town of Mongagua to the nearby cancer hospital (ICESP). Needless to say we were mentally and physically exhausted. We got to the hotel around 7:00am, they said check out was at 12:00pm and after explaining my situation, they offered check out at 1:00pm (I offered to pay more to stay a little longer to no avail). This hotel was NOT cheap and they didn’t even have an USB port to charge my phone - not even borrowed. Very disappointing… to make things worse, I woke up several times from the noises on the hallway outside my door. Horrible soundproofing. The staff was friendly but almost too robotic and the hotel had a pleasant aroma, but those are expected right?

In general I had a really good experience. People are very nice and always willing to help. The pool is really good. However, I would suggest to have more options for breakfast.

Well, arrive at 6 am tired from an international flight. When this happened, most of the time I can go inside and rest in my room. It happened in Madrid and Peru, but at São paulo need to wait until 2 PM. Second, I aske for a printed version for my invoice, the printer was damage or something. I couldn´t get it, and until today I could not received on my email. Third, I don´t like when people take out my towel, after the first day, on the others, my towel was changed no matter what. The hotel is comfortable, my room was spacious, wide TV and good bathroom. But, I really do not know If will come back.
