I spent 2 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed the space and setup of my room. It had everything I needed, including a kitchen corner with a microwave, nice shower, big and comfortable bed, and a lovely sofa area. Great value for money. The location is convenient with easy access to the tram and shops just next door. Only issue I had was that my cups and cutlery were not washed by the cleaning staff every day, so I had to wash my dishes myself.

Construction has closed off the easiest entry into the parking lot and underground garage. See my screenshots for where to enter. Parking for the hotel is shared with other businesses. Look for spaces with Novotel Reserved signs on Level -1. It would have been helpful for staff to inform guests of this info. Driving around at night and hitting a dead end next to the hotel was frustrating. The rooms are small for a suite and a bit dated. The beds are very firm. Sleeping for 2 of 4 people will be on airline-like cots. There is no coffee machine and only a hot water boiler and instant Java brand coffee. A glass bottle is provided for fetching drinking water from the Water Bar tap in the hallway. It tastes like unfiltered tap water. Breakfast is 25 Euros for 2 with kids eating free.

The hotel and room was modern and tidy. The hotel is conveniently located near a tram station and small mall. The breakfast plates were tiny and the breakfast was quite expensive for what was on offer. We had no assistance with our luggage, for a 4 star hotel that could improve. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

I’d like to give a public positive feedback on this hotel because they really deserve it. I’ve been staying here already numerous times and must say that I am always happy to come back. The hotel standard in general as well as mandatory features like Cleanliness, Quiteness and Temperature Control are flawless. The location is also brilliant. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and when you stay there you are well connected via the Tram, free of charge, to move around in Luxembourg. What I’d like to put my focus on is the great deal of hospitality that I always experienced when I come to visit the hotel. I’ve been always treated very friendly and accommodating. The staff makes the difference and I can only say that the staff working in the Novotel Suites is absolutely phantastic. Thanks for your hospitality!
