Rooms are a bit old, and there are stains on the carpet(roms and hallway). The fridge was not working but was not needed, so I did not complain. Internet connection is good, and there is a good desk with two chairs. All the employees I was in contact with have been very nice. About a 15 min walk to any subway or bus station.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so no outside noise. Size of the room - Pretty big for multiple night stay even though we stayed as a family for one night. Beds - Comfortable and clean Kitchen area with options for coffee, tea and a fridge. Toilet and bath were in seperate areas which I think is the most logical way it should be for a productive start with 2 people getting ready in a shorter span of time. The lobbay area is good with a bar option. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We did not add the breakfast option so no comments. There is seating outside for good weather days. Overall a good hotel option in Munich

Rooms confortable and clean, position that permit to reach the city center in 20 minutes. Edin, the receptionist has been very kind, he helped us to book taxi and showing the city maps with attractions.

I travel frequently in the Asia Pacific region and this was, by far the poorest example of a novotel I have stayed in. We arrived to a cold welcome. Our room was not ready as.we arrived early from an international flight...as expected. Reception staff member was rude and we were treated as an inconvenience. Further upon checking in 1. Room was poorly maintained. The toilet ran alright even after calling maintenance the day of arrival. The next day I raised this again only to be told the engineer was not in today. Seriously....this is the offered solution. Well I managed to fix it myself. The sliding curtains were old and ripped. 2. Rooms were pet friendly which meant the room stunk of dog with several stains on the carpet. I could accept this if I had a choice and advised in advance if I wanted to select another room. 3. Shower and toilets are small and modular plastic. Toilet was separate but the size of an aircraft toilet. I consider this hotel of poor accommodation and service standards. I could not recommend.
