Don’t stay in this place, it’s a real tourist trap. On the surface, the place looks shiny and new, however, if you look further the place is built with the cheapest materials, cleaning is only once a week so it’s dirty, rooms smell bad, extremely bad insulation so you can hear neighbours screaming and the beds are very uncomfortable. Also there’s no breakfast, so don’t expect the usual amenities that you want in a hotel, albeit paying the same price for it. Overall, this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed at in Berlin. You feel like a chicken in a battery cage - you can really see that the owners try and save every cent in order to make this a profitable operation, not focusing on the end product for the customer (The owners probably never stayed at one of their locations). For this price range (which is in the premium category), I’d really encourage you to stay at the CitizenM hotels, with excellent rooms, service and an overall excellent quality to price ratio. Think twice before you book one of these places.

Great place to stay, very centric location, modern and renovated rooms. Very comfortable self service, the place has support chat, they are very fast on solving issues if any. Highly recommended!

we loved the locatıon, our room and how numa operates. Thıs was our fırst tıme stay in numa but certainly will start checking out the other locations Our room size was great , first time in our 2 months travel of Europe trip ( just to reference ,we stayed at 4 stars hotels) we had the largest room size in the hearth of Berlin🙏 Location was perfect just walking steps to Museum island🙏 Loved the kitchen we can have our breakfast in the morning🙏 Numa communication was always available through whatsup so they were very responsive. Providing free laundry room was a bonus in our stay🙏

1 star is already too much for these thieves ! Numa Boxer didn't reply between the day I booked the room and one day my arrival. But of course they took my money. The day before my arrival, they sent me a message saying that the house opening was not ready and had to be postponed for technical reasons. They offer to rent me another room in another place with 30% discount. But when i called in order to accept this offer because i was already in Berlin (coming from France), the man on the call was awful. He didn't ask for informations, i had to guess what he needed but he was not answering at all. He just let me talk, and he was just silent at the phone and just say that he will call me back. After 30 silent minutes, i called back and he just told me "I can't offer you the 30% discount and i don't have the room we talk about in the message. Please cancel your reservation (meaning I will lost my money, around 250euros), go on NUMA's website in order to book another room by your own". NEVER AGAIN, DON'T BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM !!!!!
