Worst experience ever! When we arrived we discovered that shower was broken, there was no hot water, only cold. At first we thought it was because of renovation works downstairs, but no. Next day we tried to complain about this, passed through some robot ai etc, when finally we talked to real person, it took half an hour for us to convince them it is not like we are stupid but there is actually no hot water! We asked to send some worker to check that we are not lying. The worker came(very nice person by the way!! The only positive in this nightmare) and we were told that shower is broken and they cannot fix it now. We hoped to get another room or something, two days without shower 🤦 it is not normal. But no, they denied to change room, offered "very generous" discount for first 2 days (not even for whole stay, only first days) and promised to fix shower next day. And it finally was fixed next (3rd) day after lunch. We travel a lot, but it was the first time ever we met such a poor problem solving and inappropriate attitude.

It is a self check-in and managed apartment hotel. You don’t get to meet the receptionist or other hotel staff. All communications are through WhatsApp (I am not sure whether they work on other social platforms such as LINE or WECHAT) The hotel management is very efficient despite there is no onsite personnel. ROOM Huge! Clean! Modern! Well equipped kitchen with free welcome drinks and snacks. LOCATION Walking distance to the major attractions, shopping, many wine and dine places. Despite close proximity to the places, the room is quite with minimum disturbance. NOTE no housekeeping for short stay less than a week. You may collect towels from a designated place by yourselves.

Favorite city trip stay yet! The location is fantastic with only 7 minutes on foot until Duomo and 10 minutes until Brera (modern dining and shopping area). The apartment is spacious and clean with a great interior. Support service was available within minutes and provided all of the questions we possibly had. You also get an on-sight luggage storage, which was great for our return travel. We’ll definitely be staying there again!

This hotel is amazing, just probably not now. The rooms are great, plenty of space at the right price for Milan. The problem is that currently they are repairing the outside and the building is covered with scaffolding. One night the workers outside worked until 330 AM, then back at it at 8 AM. Let's talk about the AC. First 2 nights we stayed on 2nd floor and the AC was fine. The last night, 3rd floor and it was non existent. The room was very warm due to the summer weather. When contacting the desk they told me they don't have real AC and the customer can only control the fan +/- 3 degrees. Would of been fine had all the blowers in the room been working which were not. A fan would of been great, but not available. So, this is a tough review as the people working there were fantastic. The hotel itself is awesome. I think once the construction is done that will help. Once, the heat breaks, the AC won't be a problem.
