This was the best stay of my trip to Italy. The concierge was super helpful, and accommodating. Both professional and nice. They rescued me from multiple canceled taxis, so i could keep appointments. They found an amazing dinner reservation for me, because the one that I booked was for the wrong day. When I tried to tip them for their help, they just told me that they did it to be helpful. When I return to Florence, I will rebook with them. Amazing experience!

Hands down best experience we have had in Florence! The property is spotless and beautiful, the food and drinks are great, but most of all the staff is AMAZING! On our day of departure there was a marathon in the city and taxis were not picking people up. We were going to miss our flight when the most wonderful employee Cecelia literally walked us over a mile to the tram helped us buy tickets to the airport while her staff helped bring our luggage to us. They literally saved us from missing our flight. Best service and genuine kindness I have experienced in the hospitality industry. Highly recommend!!!

This place is truly amazing for a number of reasons. First off, the architecture, location, rooms and courtyard were absolutely stunning. Second, the hospitality was unmatched. We had issues catching a taxi because of a marathon shutting down the town. Cecilia (concierge) not only walked us to the the tram station but also tried to buy our tickets so we didn’t miss our flights. I can’t recommend this spot enough! Cecilia thanks so much for your guidance through a stressful morning, your team made our 19 hour flight home possible and honeymoon so special.

I Had the chance to tour the facility and thought the place was world class. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very nice. They also have a nice bar and seating area for those who need to work or are just looking for a place to relax and read a book. They also have a beautiful courtyard that gives you a chance to enjoy nature while you are in a busy city. Lastly the Faculty was incredibly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying in Palazzo San Niccolo if you are ever in Florence.
